Sakura Hiyoko” is made with milky dough and filling of sweet bean paste with fresh scent of sakura (cherry blossom), limited during spring season and exclusively available at Fukuoka.


Sakura Hiyoko is made up with distinctive ingredients keeping the original adorable shape of Hiyoko (baby chick), and it is limited during spring season and exclusively available at Fukuoka.

The sweet bean paste with sakura (cherry blossom) essence filling is made from finely selected kidney beans, condensed milk and minced Japan-grown cherry leaves, which is wrapped with milky dough. The refined sweetness and melting texture is created by the special fine-grained sugar called “Wasanbonto.”

This flavorsome “Sakura Hiyoko” is available exclusively during spring season in Fukuoka.
